Richard Burton came and inspected a house we were considering buying. The most important information I can share with you is the following; I have not taken the time to provide online reviews of any kind in over a decade. Richard deserves my time. He was very thorough and did a great job inspecting and explaining all issues. If I had a question (had many), he took the time to answer them. The final walk through was not rushed but extensive and detailed. This is not my first time buying a house but, for this older house, I wanted to be very careful and thorough. King Home Inspections does go beyond the requirements and you can trust that they will do a top job. I have had other prior experiences where I did not trust the inspector but with King Home and Richard, I had no such concern.
