Five Stars for Tim Lofgreen, Mark and Marilyn!! I chatted with Mark on Yelp to set up a home inspection and he made it easy by always being responsive to texts and also in trying to educate me on what is needed/covered as a part of inspection by Arizona State Law. Tim, our home inspector walked me throughout the house and briefed me over what all he inspected and also gave some good home maintenance tips. He showed me the report, pictures and suggested on the "MUST-FIX" items in the house. He was very patient throughout and did not rush anything in anyway. He briefed me for almost 45 mins! It was a brand new home he was inspecting but he checked for each and everything that he could including all outlets, windows, vents etc and found a dryer vent that the builder forgot to put into the house. Extremely pleased with his service. Last but not the least, Marilyn made the contract signing/ payment part super easy by sending me an email with all details. I didn't even need to talk to her. It was that simple. Overall, I'm very happy with King Home Inspection.
