Being one of the first licensed home inspection companies in the state, we've had the opportunity to get a lot of feedback from our clients about pricing.

We continue to keep our prices low because most of our business comes as a referral. Consequently, we don’t pay for multiple marketing staff, call centers, pay per click ads, warranty giveaways, etc.... just great home inspectors.
